About our Shop: We make high-grade durable vinyl products. Our decals are intended for self-installation and can be used by anyone from newcomers to experienced body-shops. We also offer customisation services on our website which allows you to personalise decals. Performance Decals: Designed for mainly (but not exclusively) automotive use: Cars, Motorcycles, Scooters, Boats and General Motor-Sports. Our products are prepared for hard use, with extreme resistance to hydrocarbons, high-pressure washing, temperature fluctuations, weather & marine water. We only use selected high-end external grade vinyls which are self-adhesive, weatherproof, shrink & fade proof.

Our vinyl decals: by anyone's standards, the good stuff
Traditional Solid Vinyl Decals: These are traditionally crafted, and are non-printed (no ink is used which means better quality, better for the environment and better longevity). All colours are computer-cut from existing rolls of high pigment vinyl. The cuts are then weeded (the process of removing the unwanted vinyl from a design) and the decals put together by hand. All our products are entirely made in the UK. Except for paint, cut-vinyl is the only method of adding a colour design to a surface without any background. Sporty40 decals are fairly unique in that they do not harm paintwork or chrome. They can be removed cleanly, making them ideal for vehicle graphics, precious paintwork and historic vehicles. Accepted for Restoration and Concours of Elegance (Concours d'Elegance) projects.
Longevity: These traditional cut-vinyl decals are considered permanent graphics (but our decals can be removed). These are not short-life printed stickers. Once applied our decals will not wear off, lift, split or fade. Because of these superior qualities, our decals are highly suitable for lacquer coating (varnishing over).
Guarantee: All our decals carry a minimum 8-year all-conditions guarantee, with the right care your decals could last a lifetime. Weather and waterproof with wide temperature resistance from -40 to +80 degrees. When it comes to removal our permanent decals prove one of the cleanest to remove and will not leave any residue or damaging adhesive glue behind.

Art, Design & Decals: Whilst we are enthusiasts, our profession is design: accuracy, quality and details are important to us. We hope our online catalogue enables you to be creative as possible & make your projects how you want them. We are a full graphic design studio so please get in touch with us for design support or to discuss bespoke artwork. You can request quotations for graphics not currently offered in the catalogue, if we can help, we will feedback to you. We offer remote design support at very nominal prices, and if you are an existing customer we will do our very best to achieve your design tweeks for little or no fee. Our artwork is designed in Professional Adobe Design Suite and precision cut using top-of-the-range Roland Cutting equipment. Artwork by one of our graphic designers is chargeable at £60 p/hr, but prices start from just £15.
How our Strategy Works: Our strategy is: 1. To simplify design, by offering an online catalogue of customising options to make 'design' accessible to everyone. 2. To manufacture to order, so each order in turn, is given our full attention and we can liaise with our buyers about their projects in real-time. 3. Direct delivery to your work or home. In us you can have absolute trust that everything will be provided as agreed, and always excellent after-sales. We are not a profit driven business, we are all enthusiasts ourselves!
Phone Line: WhatsApp messaging is available from 10am - 12.30pm and 2pm - 4pm Monday - Friday.
Lead-in Time: We manufacture to order, so once you've paid for your order there will be a 1-2 day* lead-in time before dispatch. This enables us to review the order, contact you if we have queries, and of course manufacture. We ask for a valid e-mail and phone number on every order. We will not contact you unless we have a question about your order, and your contact details will not be used for any other purpose. Occasionally the courier will request both these to ensure successful delivery.
Fast Despatch: Once your order is manufactured, you will receive notification of despatch via email. We usually despatch to the courier within 48hrs. We package and post according to the shipping method selected. There are Non-Tracked and Tracked shipping options available at checkout. If the more economical non-tracked shipping option is selected, you will not benefit from a tracking number or online tracking. Non-tracked shipping services are still excellent services.
