Can I get my item faster? There is a minimum 1 working day lead-in time; This means we manufacture to order and aim to make those orders in 1 working day. Though during busy times this may take longer. Upgrading to Express Tracked postage at checkout will guarantee your order gets priority over standard postage orders.

Multi-Buy Discounts are calculated and applied automatically to your basket total:

Buy 2 - 3 products for 5% discount 

Buy 4 - 5 products for 10% discount 

Buy 6 + products for 15% discount 

Is the delivery tracked? Customers are not offered tracking services on Standard Royal Mail 1st Class and International Standard postage deliveries. Your unique postal reference number provides proof of postage only. To benefit from full tracking on your delivery you will need to purchase an expressly Tracked service at checkout from the options. 93% of all Royal Mail 1st Class and International Standard post arrives without issue, and should your item not get delivered we will post replacements free of charge.

Are these decals for DIY fitting? Yes as long as the fitting instructions provided are followed. We design our decals to be fitted by non-professionals, and as long as the steps are followed you should find this straightforward. We offer full support and troubleshooting to customers who are encountering difficulties.

How long does international delivery take? Orders despatched via International Standard Service typically arrive in 7-21 days depending on your location (Europe or Worldwide). However, delays can occur in transit or at international customs. If you require your parcel faster and fully door-to-door tracked service, please upgrade your shipping to the expressly Tracked service offered to your country. These typically arrive in 7-21 days but equally can get delayed at International Customs. We do find International Standard is a highly economical and reliable service on the whole, and purchasing Tracking does not necessarily increase the speed of delivery, but it does offer accountability and peace of mind.

I've never fitted vinyl before? We offer full support to our customers. Just follow the detailed instructions provided with your order. These aren't just stickers are they? No, these are traditional cut-vinyl decals - what's the difference? Stickers are images printed using ink. Cut-vinyl is pure solid colours. We computer-cut the various coloured parts of each decal from rolls of coloured solid vinyl and layer them together (by hand) to build a finished decal. These can be quite detailed and intricate to make. They are considered permanent graphics and of much higher quality, but both products have their merits and their place. Printed stickers will be cheaper, have inferior longevity (mainly in terms of colour fading) and are more susceptible to scratching and shrinkage than solid decals, so not a good choice for lacquering. Our brand offers solid unshrinking, fade-resistant colours ideal for laquer, though this isn't required. Sporty40 decals offer clean removal properties so there will be no harm to your precious paintwork on removal, and no nasty chemicals or residues from the adhesive. From vinyl production to final decal assembly, all Sporty40 decals are entirely manufactured and shipped from the UK.

You did not send my order! If you commit to a purchase and create an order, but fail to enter all the information required (i.e. Race Numbers, Colours, Custom wording) we will contact you and your item will be delayed until you respond with the information we need. We will contact you via e-mail. If you wish to cancel please send us a cancellation request so we can cancel the order before manufacture, or else please respond promptly so we can complete your order. Your order will be placed on 'hold' until we have the information we require to manufacture.

I got the wrong order delivered We pride ourselves on our service, so if you find we have sent you an incorrect order or we have made an error in design or colours, please message us straight away and we will send you a new item. We DO NOT expect you to return the original items back to us.

Can I cancel my order? Yes, we are more than happy to cancel any order BEFORE manufacture and dispatch. Contact us immediately after purchase or as soon as possible. Remember we aim to make your decal within 24 hrs, and cancellations or amendments can only be accepted before manufacture. If your item is marked 'Spooled' or 'Despatched' in your Dashboard, then your order has already been processed and can no longer be cancelled.

My order did not arrive - can you track it? If you selected a standard delivery option (Royal Mail 1st or International Standard) we are unable to track your item. Tracking must be purchased by upgrading to a Tracked Express service. If your item has not arrived and is likely been lost by the shipping services involved. Please report this to us so we can firstly re-make your order and send it to you again free of charge, and secondly contact the relevant shipping service to register the item as status lost and begin the compensation actions.

My item came with wrinkles? We supply all our decals ready to fit with a layer of clear application film already applied over the top. This clear application film may lift and separate from the vinyl on the journey which looks like wrinkles and bubbles between the layers. Follow the instructions included with your item, and lay the decal on a hard flat service and go over it quite firmly with a flat edge, squeegee or credit card to re-affix the application film to the vinyl underneath. The film also protects the decal which is not affected by wrinkles.

If your order is returned to us as not deliverable, or not collected from the Post Office - can you repost to me? Yes, we are more than happy to resend your item, but this will incur an additional postage charge. We also may need to verify the address provided. Your item will have to be posted to you again, and another postage fee is incurred.

Combined postage We offer combined and discount postage on multi-purchases, you will need to ADD ITEMS TO BASKET (add each item to your shopping basket) before payment to allow us to make the correct postage calculation. We are not able to refund postage fees after checkout. Please contact us before checkout if you have any concerns.

My Item has not been delivered yet The shipping dates on our Delivery Information page are estimates, guaranteed delivery dates are not offered on International Services. If an item is not delivered customers may request a refund or re-send after 10 working days from the despatch date (NB not purchase date) for UK domestic postage, and 25 working days from the despatch date (not purchase date) on International postage. You are always welcome to contact us about any concerns you may have over the delivery of your order. Please remember it is, of course, our responsibility to get your order to you, but we cannot be held responsible for failures or delays by shipping companies, but we will always do our best to help.
